Services

AI services built around the work you need to improve.

Whether you need help deciding where to start or building a defined solution, RHOKR combines strategic advice with practical implementation. We scope the work around your goals, your existing systems and the people who will use it.

01

AI strategy and assessment

Understand the business problem, assess readiness and compare approaches, including simpler, non-AI options, to decide what is worth pursuing and how it will be evaluated.

Typical outcomeA prioritised opportunity map, with a scoped pilot and how it will be evaluated.

The problem
You can see that AI could help, but not where it would be worth the cost, which options are realistic, or how you would know whether it worked.
What we do
Look at the work itself: the tasks, the people, the information and the systems involved. Find where time or quality is lost, then compare possible approaches, including simpler automation, better use of the tools you already have, or no change at all, by their likely value, effort and risk.
What you receive
A prioritised list of opportunities with the reasoning behind each, findings on readiness (information, systems and skills), and for the most promising opportunity, a scoped pilot with the criteria for judging it.
What we need
Time with the people who do the work and the people who decide; representative examples of the work, which can be anonymised; and an overview of the systems involved.
How success is measured
Before a pilot starts, we agree what success would look like, such as time saved, errors avoided or questions answered, and how it will be measured against the current way of working.

Worth knowingNot every process needs AI, and the benefits cannot be known before the work is understood.

02

Workflow automation

Improve a recurring process: transferring and preparing information, handling exceptions and routing work for review. We specify what is automated, what people check and what happens when a task cannot be completed reliably.

Typical outcomeA working workflow with exception handling, review points, testing and handover.

The problem
A recurring process takes more time than it should: information copied between systems, documents prepared by hand, work waiting in an inbox for someone to pass it on.
What we do
Map the process as it really runs, including its exceptions. Automate the predictable steps, use AI for steps such as reading or sorting documents where testing shows it is reliable enough, and send uncertain or consequential cases to a person.
What you receive
A working workflow, tested against real examples and failure cases, with defined review points, documentation and a handover to the people who will run it.
What we need
A process that recurs often enough to be worth automating, access to the systems it touches, and a person who owns the process and decides what must be reviewed.
How success is measured
Against the process as it ran before: effort, turnaround time, errors and the share of cases needing a person, over an agreed period.

Worth knowingHow much runs without review depends on the consequences of a mistake, the reliability shown in testing and the agreed scope.

03

Connected knowledge and search

Help people find relevant information across approved documents and systems, and get answers they can check against their sources.

Typical outcomeA scoped search-and-answer experience with source references and access-aware integration.

The problem
The answer exists somewhere, in a procedure, a past project or an email thread, but finding it takes too long, or people give up and ask a colleague.
What we do
Connect the approved sources, keep to who may see what, and build a search-and-answer experience that shows where each answer comes from, so people can check it.
What you receive
A search-and-answer tool for agreed sources and users, with source references in every answer, integration that respects existing permissions, and documentation.
What we need
Agreement on which sources are included and who may see them, some attention to the quality of those sources, and a set of real questions to test against.
How success is measured
Against real questions with known answers: whether the answers are right, cite the right source and respect permissions, and whether people find what they need sooner.

Worth knowingPermissions, data quality and evaluation need deliberate work; this is not instant access to every system.

04

Custom AI tools and integrations

Build a tailored tool or interface around a need that existing products do not adequately address, connected to the systems you already use.

Typical outcomeA tailored tool, its integration and its documentation.

The problem
A need that existing products do not meet well, or a tool that would work if it connected to the systems you already use.
What we do
Design and build a tailored tool or interface, connected to your existing systems, with approval steps wherever a decision matters.
What you receive
The tool, its integration and its documentation, with maintenance on an agreed scope.
What we need
A clearly defined need, the people who will use the tool, access to the systems it must connect to, and agreement on who owns it afterwards.
How success is measured
With the people who use it, against the need it was built for: whether it is used, whether it saves the effort expected, and what it gets wrong.

Worth knowingSupport and maintenance are agreed as part of the scope.

In every engagement

How the work is delivered.

Documentation, support for the people who will use the work, evaluation against agreed measures, and ongoing improvement on an agreed scope. Ongoing support is always on an agreed scope.
