About
Technology should strengthen our judgement.
We believe technology should expand what people can understand and accomplish—not diminish their ability to think, question and choose.
Our focus
Delegate work without surrendering judgement.
Our focus is helping businesses adopt AI through practical strategy, implementation and integration.
That does not mean rejecting automation. It means using it deliberately: delegating work while retaining meaningful ownership of the decisions that matter.
What RHOKR stands for
Reinforcing Human Ownership of Knowledge and Reasoning
Rock-solid reasoning.
RHOKR is pronounced “rocker”.
Five principles guide the work.
- Reason
- Examine evidence, assumptions, alternatives and consequences. We explain why a solution suits the problem, what it does not solve, and when simpler automation would serve better than AI.
- Humanity
- Serve people’s goals, values and wellbeing. We judge a system by what it does for the people who use it, not only by the cost it saves.
- Openness
- Be transparent, and willing to revise conclusions. We keep fact, estimate and opinion apart, say where we are uncertain, and change course when the evidence does.
- Knowledge
- Make useful information accessible and understandable. We build on sources people can check and permissions they control; confident generated text is not the same as knowledge.
- Responsibility
- Take implementation, limitations and consequences seriously. We plan safeguards, privacy, evaluation and human control in proportion to what is at stake, and say what a system cannot do.
Looking ahead
Our longer-term ambition.
In time, we want to build tools that help people weigh evidence and options for themselves, rather than handing them conclusions.
That is an ambition, not a product. Today our work is advice and implementation for businesses, and we will say so plainly until that changes.
