Privacy
Privacy notice.
What happens to information about you when you visit this website or send us an enquiry.
Who is responsible
This website is run by RHOKR and is in a testing and development phase. The details of the operating company will be published in the legal notice when the trial period ends. For anything about your information, write to inquiries@rhokr.com.
When you visit the website
Hosting. The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Visit counts. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not build a profile of you; we see only totals, such as which pages were viewed, where visitors came from and in which countries.
No cookies, no tracking. The website sets no cookies and loads no advertising scripts. Everything it needs is served from this website itself, except two small services from Cloudflare, neither of which identifies you or follows you to other websites: one counts visits, and one keeps spam out of the contact form.
When you send an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and website. They are sent by email to our mailbox, which is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project if you want to. We do not use them for marketing, we do not share them with anyone else, and we do not put them into analytics or AI models.
We keep enquiries for 12 months, then delete them, unless they lead to a working relationship.
The legal basis is that you asked us to respond: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Protecting the website from abuse rests on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
Client projects
Information we handle for clients in a project, such as documents, messages, meeting notes or transcripts, is covered by a separate written agreement with that client, not by this notice.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or to transfer it. You can also object to how we use it. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular where you live or work.
